Serai
On the event of Princess Delaria's 13th birthday, she is to select a Knight of service to protect her and perform her will.
Still young and naive, Delaria has been raised on her fairy tale books of happily ever afters, and knows little of the real world around her. A hopeless romantic, she chooses the inexperienced and foreign knight in training Mizuki Shiro to be her guardian, and it is not only himself who is nervous of this decision.
Though their budding friendship makes them inseparable, their fairy tale world of happiness may not be enough to keep them safe from the secrets and harsh truths creeping up on them.
They all shall suffer in their battles to be with the ones that mean the most to them.
(Rated E, with little violence and swearing. Dedicated to and inspired by the musical works of Nightwish and Sonata Arctica.)

Good things are ahead!
Phew! It's been a while since I updated Serai's news! Okay, so~
Chapter One is complete! <3 I hope you have all enjoyed Serai's introduction. Now it gets interesting. >:3
Chapter Two I hope to start sometime very soon. But, I do have my Art exam coming up this Thursday, and it will continue on the Friday and Monday. XD; But! It is Serai-related! I may post pictures of the full result, but I will have to edit out all spoilers, you understand. :D
I will soon be adding an extra Artwork section for Serai. Some pieces may contain spoilers, but I will mark those that do. If anyone looks at these, please do not spoil it for people who don't want to know!
The fanart section has been updated with unknown3rd's awesome work! <3
You only have until THIS COMING WEEKEND to enter into the Serai contest!! Act quickly if you still want to enter!
And... that's all, I believe. So, to round things off, I thank you all again for your support, and I hope Serai will continue to entertain you. >w<

Contest! <3
That's right, guys, over on my DeviantArt account, I am hosting a Serai-related contest! But I'll list the details here, so you don't have to go through the labour of clicking the link to my account, haha! XD
The rules are simple: draw a Serai character.
That's it. You can sketch it, colour it, sculpt it, whatever you like. You can use the comic as a reference, or there is a folder in my DA gallery for my Serai artwork, featuring pretty much all of the main characters. I will also be making an Artwork page on this site soon, for easier access. x3
The deadline is: 1st MAY
To get your entries to me - if you do decide to enter - simply PM me a link to it (something like ImageShack or PhotoBucket, or even a DA link) or comment here - whatever's easiest for you. If I don't send you a gushing thank you PM within a week though, I may not have seen it, so make sure I do! XD
Prizes are:
1st place: Colour pic from me.
2nd: 2 sketches from me.
3rd: A sketch from me.
There are two entries so far, and I look forward to more! Good luck to you if you enter! :3
Also, I wanted to apologize AGAIN for the last page upload. D: Coursework deadlines have been catching up with me, but they're all out of the way now. :3

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. D: I've been bogged down by coursework deadlines, and a college interview today, so I've been super busy.
I've got one last deadline for this week, then I'm free. I'll try to have the next page up for this weekend, if not earlier. :3

Here we go!
The first comic page has been released, and the second shall come as soon as possible. :3 I'm hoping to release at least one comic a week.
Huge thanks to Schmerz for helping me with the site's HTML. XD; I'm so useless, I wasn't a help to him at all. Thank you, love. ;w;
And, big thanks to all these fans popping up! Haha, I'm very excited about the attention Serai is getting already, despite only having 3 pages. XD! Thanks so much you guys, and especially to those who take time to feedback on my work. It means a lot to me, truly. <3
That said, sit back and enjoy the ride. And make sure to book an appointment with your doctor - the first few chapters may give some readers cavities. XD!

I'm currently working on the first five pages or so, so you guys will have at least that much to read upon its release. x3;
Also... I'm trying to add some bonus website pages - see Characters and Downloads - but I'm having some major trouble getting this template to work for me. D8; If anyone could help me, I'd love them! Haha, I'm so bad with CSS and HTML~ xD;;
